SNOW QUEEN, Sljeme

It is the name for the women’s slalom race of the World Ski Cup, which has been held on Zagreb’s Sljeme since 2005.

The original name of the race in its first edition was the Golden Bear, but it was changed in honor of Janica Kostelic, without whose sporting success the race would not have been given to Croatia and Zagreb to organize it.
