Located in central Dalmatia a few kilometers from Šibenik and is the seventh national park in Croatia known for its large number of lakes and waterfalls. It stretches for 109 km² with 7 travertine waterfalls, declared a national park in 1985. It houses the Jaruga Hydroelectric Power Plant, which is the second oldest hydroelectric power plant in the world and the first in Europe built in 1895.
