The Risnjak mountain massif is a part of the Dinaric Mountains, consists of several mountain peaks and is one of the most beautiful Croatian mountains. Rich flora and fauna, in which the river Kupa springs, with the peaks of Veliki Risnjak (1528 m), Snježnik (1506 m) and Northern Mali Risnjak (1434 m).
